    Cafe Bliss is one of the best restaurants in Belmont and San Mateo County to enjoy breakfast. DO NOT leave Belmont or San Mateo County without eating at Cafe Bliss AT LEAST ONCE!

    Cute little spot in Belmont with decent food. Nothing too special about what I had. Solid diner style breakfast

    Service was super slow and wasn't really busy yet when we sat. It was about 10 minutes before someone took our order, and then another 25 to get our food and part of the order was forgotten. Never got our coffees refilled or offered to be refilled.

    Busy at lunch time = very very slow service- if any at all. At least for me and my 6-year-old daughter.  We came in after I had just picked her up from school and hoped for a good lunch. We've eaten there before and enjoyed their sandwiches.  
    But...the last time, we were shown a seat and then...nothing.  No one ordering our drinks.  No one giving us menus.  We'd been there before - surely they saw we were just sitting there. I even waved and I got a nod in return. After my daughter complained of being "so hungry" we waited about 25 minutes without any service. She really wanted their "Minnie mouse pancakes".
    I finally told my daughter that we would have to go, because, as she said, "no one cares about us?" And sadly, that's how I felt, too. Sorry, Cafe Bliss, but I can't let my daughter think that's OK.

    Four of us came racing in for lunch before a business meeting.  The staff here had just sat a table of 9, must admit got a little nervous... But instead we enjoyed 4 completely disparate and delicious entrees: savoury crepes, club sandwich, and yummy fruit/nut oatmeal in no time at all! V grateful for the quick elegant meal.  Pic is of fresh coffee cake, took all my strength to walk out without a piece

    New local find. Clean, fresh, and delicious tasting food. Good coffee and friendly service. Mom n Pop shop so during lunch rush, service may take longer than expected. However, if you're hanging out with friends, it'll be perfect because plenty of time to catch up. Will definitely be a regular local go-to spot.
